If you're a manager or supervisor committed to making a meaningful difference in your organization and in
the lives of those you touch, then the
M.S. in Management may be for you. Graduates of this program become principled and effective managers who combine visionary leadership with
practical skills.

You look at management situations
from a systemic perspective and address human, organizational and community issues. You enhance your leadership skills and learn how to diagnose problems and intervene effectively with individuals and groups in organizations. You develop an ability to work in a rapidly changing, global business environment.

Coursework covers basic business disciplines – economics, finance, marketing, operations and strategy – and sharpens your skills in critical topics such as change management, creativity and innovation, communications, global pluralism and group dynamics.

The M.S. in Management is one of the graduate degrees offered by the Center for Creative Change.
