Admission requirements: 2008
- Current licensed psychologist in good standing (if in Washington state, provide license number; proof of licensure required if out-of-state)
- OR current licensed master's level clinician who has worked 1,000 or more hours evaluating or treating children and has served as Guardian Ad Litem, C.A.S.A. or with D.C.F.S.
- Writing sample from a recent psychological evaluation, submitted electronically
- $30 application fee

Application process
Submit application packet, preferably electronically, one month before start of program.
Program begins Sept. 27, 2008 at the Antioch University Seattle campus.
Tuition and Fees
$3,200 annual charge or $800 paid on a quarter by quarter basis. (Does not include books or computer equipment. High-speed DSL or cable needed for participation.)
Refunds
Refunds are available if requested one business day before the start of a course.
