Antioch's Coaching Certificate curriculum combines a solid foundation of knowledge and technical skills with extensive practice designed specifically to develop and refine your own natural coaching style. As a manager, you develop new responses to individual and organizational challenges. As a leader, you improve your clarity for what is most important for your organization. As a team leader, you become skilled in accessing your team's synergy, dynamics, accountability and performance.
The Coaching Certificate program consists of International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited courses offered in partnership with Invite Change. The program provides comprehensive training in the core competencies of coaching. After successful completion of all required courses, you receive a certificate that designates you as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
Many diverse areas within the coaching field are available to credentialed coaches. Coaching specialties include: leadership, corporate, executive coaching, small business, career, spiritual and life skills.
