Dely Judal, M.Ed., in Guidance and Counseling, owns a consulting firm and has been in the business of training case managers, teams and leaders for over 15 years. She has extensive knowledge of change management principles and human development, as well as technical knowledge of social service systems.

Sherman Wilkins has been involved with SJI for the past five years in a variety of capacities which include sector training program manager, training supervisor, soft skills instructor and support group facilitator. He was instrumental in the design and implementation of SJI's soft skills curriculum. Wilkins has over 20 years of experience in human services as a juvenile parole counselor, a gang intervention prevention specialist and a violence intervention specialist. As a speaker and trainer, he has conducted seminars for government, school and nonprofit staff in a variety of areas including violence prevention, job retention, parenting and addictive behaviors. Wilkins has worked with hard-to-serve clients in New York City, Anchorage and Seattle.
