Summary of Education and Relevant Experience
B.A., University of Washington; M.A., Antioch College/West; Ph.D., Saybrook Institute.
Paul David is a licensed mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist with a particular interest in couples therapy. David has taught at the University of Oregon and at Western Washington University, where he helped create and implement several interdisciplinary programs in the social sciences. He previously served as interim academic dean at Antioch Seattle and chair of the Couple and Family Therapy concentration. He is also actively involved in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and is a site visitor for the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education.
