Antioch's M.A. in Organizational Psychology is designed for full- and part-time students. All courses are offered in a four-day weekend module once a month. You begin the program in October or April.
Program Introduction: The Retreat
Prior to the first weekend of the program, you attend an off-site orientation to build community among your peers in the Center for Creative Change.
Core Courses
The M.A. in Organizational Psychology is 66 credits and can be completed in seven quarters. You complete the following core courses during the first three quarters:
- Communication Design
- Critical Inquiry and Ways of Knowing
- Global Pluralism
- Systemic Thinking for a Changing World
- Ecological Sustainability
- Transformative Leadership and Change
Reflective Practicum Courses
- Reflective Practicum 1: Simulation and Case Study
- Reflective Practicum 2: Capstone Change Project
Specialization Courses
You complete the following courses during the last four quarters:
- Organizational Theory
- Practitioner Development
- Group Dynamics and Facilitation
- Overview of Organizational Development
- Twelve credits (four courses) of electives
