| Position Summary |
Our Psy.D. Program seeks multiple candidates with teaching, practice and research experience in clinical psychology. We are in the process of building a faculty with diverse interests and clinical experience (e.g. children, adults, seniors) to support a generalist model of professional psychology practice. Teaching needs include child/family systems, neuropsychology, art therapy, criminal forensics theory and practice courses, research methods and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) courses and assessment (e.g. personality, cognitive, neuropsychological) and other core classes. Successful candidates will bring evidence of an active research program, innovative clinical interventions or engagement with public policy. This is an opportunity to participate in the growth of a practitioner/scholar program for working adults. | Qualifications |
- Minimum of a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), or allied field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or licensable in Washington State as a clinical psychologist.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in adult education at the university level and who have had a clinical psychology practice.
